2025 Fall Conference Rescheduled to Monday, January 26, 2026
Regrettably, due to the continuing federal government shutdown, the JSC Small Business Council has rescheduled our November 3 Fall Conference to January 26, 2026.
While we developed contingency plans for a conference without NASA civil servant participation, we came to the consensus that, at this point, even if the shutdown ends before the original conference date, civil servant participants would not then be able to adequately prepare in the reduced time remaining. And moreover, a conference held during a shutdown, and without up-to-date info from Procurement, OSBP and SBA, wouldn’t be as valuable to our JSC small business community.
For companies which have paid for registration for the Fall Conference, you may request a full refund of your registration, or have us simply maintain the registration for January 26. The January 26 conference would again be held at the Lone Star Flight Museum. We’ll keep you posted as to developments.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and trust you understand the decision we made to reschedule the event. We look forward to bringing together small businesses, prime contractors, and NASA leadership for an engaging matchmaking event in January!

The JSC Small Business Council (SBC) provides a forum for small businesses to maximize communication with Johnson Space Center, JSC Procurement, and contractors.
The SBC holds networking events to strengthen communication between small businesses, prime contractors, and the technical community to maximize the value and impact of the small business community. The NASA/JSC OSBP office periodically brings certain Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) to the attention of the Small Business Council. These may be opportunities at JSC or other NASA centers. We post them to the Opportunities tab as they become available. |
