NCMA Small Business Conference Wrap up

• It went very well, a lot of interest in involvement with SBC from small businesses

• All emails regarding the new ELT member nominations/selections have been sent including emails to the 5 new ELT members, 2 alternates, and regrets to the remaining candidates
• Next step will be to send an email to the entire distribution

SBC Annual Event

• Secured UH Clear Lake for August 2
• Planning committee filling up!
• Working with the large business council for their involvement

Ric’s Clean Slate

• Light manufacturing event, June 8, with commitment from 45 exhibitors.  SBC distribution list will be provided to Ric for extending invites
• Debra Johnson would like to have large and small councils meet once a year
• NCMA NES training on May 17th
• Debra also pleased with the NCMA event and SBC involvement
